Shipping Info
Shipping is free on all orders, no minimum required. We ship free to all countries within the EU. For the US & Canada there are shipping fees.
Orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days for the Benelux and Germany, and 3–5 business days within Europe. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
We do ship to the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada. We are working on expanding to more regions soon. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified.
Orders placed before 18:00 CET on weekdays are processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you or your cat are not completely happy with GIZMO within 30 days of delivery, you can return it for a full refund — no questions asked.

No. We provide a free prepaid return label for all returns within the 30-day window.
Once we receive the returned item, we process your refund within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 1-2 business days.
Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange for a different colour. Return shipping is free, and we'll ship your new colour at no extra cost.
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us at info@gizmo-litterbox.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement immediately.
Warranty
Your GIZMO comes with a 2-year warranty covering all manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use. This includes warping, cracking, broken components, and sifting tray malfunctions.
The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase.
Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or neglect (e.g. using non-clumping litter in ways that damage the sifting mechanism), cosmetic scratches from regular use, and damage caused by dropping or impact are not covered.
Contact us at info@gizmo-litterbox.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We'll assess your claim and respond within 2 business days with next steps.
In most cases, no. For manufacturing defects, we'll ship a replacement part or a new unit directly to you. We may ask you to return the defective unit, in which case we'll provide a prepaid label.
